1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 66rs platform, accessible at https://66rs.cam (the "Platform"). 3. Account Eligibility

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Introduce or transmit any virus, malware, trojan, worm, ransomware or other malicious code;

• Impersonate any person or entity, including 66rs staff or representatives;
• Use the Platform to advertise, solicit or promote third-party products or services without authorisation;
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or availability of the Platform.

66rs reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct obligations and, where a breach is confirmed, to suspend or permanently terminate your access, take legal action where appropriate, and report conduct to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, layout, software and other materials — is the property of 66rs or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 66rs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from 66rs.

While 66rs takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of Content — including odds guides, game explanations, payment-method descriptions and responsible gambling resources — we do not warrant that all Content is complete, current or error-free at all times. Content may be updated without notice. You should always verify material information directly with the relevant operator platform before making any decision.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Third-Party Operator Platforms

The Platform may contain information, descriptions or references to third-party operator platforms. 66rs does not operate, endorse, control or assume responsibility for any third-party operator platform. The inclusion of any operator reference on 66rs does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement.

Your use of any third-party operator platform is governed solely by that platform's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and applicable licences. You engage with third-party platforms entirely at your own risk and discretion.

66rs is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party operators, outcomes of bets placed on third-party platforms, payment processing by third-party operators, or any dispute arising between you and a third-party operator. All such disputes must be resolved directly with the operator in question.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66rs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing herein shall be construed as a representation that this Platform or its content is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction as set out in clause 11.1.

12. Amendments to These Terms
